The present User Agreement (hereinafter referred to as "Agreement") regulates the relations between the owner of trafficstore.org (hereinafter referred to as "Trafficstore" or "Administration") on the one hand and the user of the site on the other hand.
The site Trafficstore is not a mass media.

By using the site you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
If you do not agree to the terms of this agreement, do not use the Trafficstore site!

Rights and obligations of the parties

The user has the right:

• search for information on the site
• obtain information on the site
• distribute information on the site
• comment on the content posted on the site
• copy information on other sites with citing the source
• copying information on other sites with permission of the administration of the site
• copy any information on other sites without permission of the copyright holder
• Demand the Administration to conceal any information about the user
• demand the administration to withhold any information submitted to the site
• Use this site for personal, non-commercial purposes.
• use the information at this site for commercial purposes by permission of the Administration.

Administration has the right:

• create, modify, cancel rules at its own discretion and as needed
• Restrict access to any information at the site
• create, modify, delete information
• delete accounts
• refuse to register without giving any reason

User undertakes:

• ensure the accuracy of the information provided
• protect personal information from access by third parties
• when copying information from other sources, include in its composition information about the author
• not to distribute information, which is aimed at war propaganda, inciting of national, racial or religious hatred and hostility, as well as other information, distribution of which involves criminal or administrative responsibility
• not to disrupt the performance of the site
• not perform actions aimed at misleading other users
• Not to give the use of your account and/or login and password of your account to third parties
• Not register your account on behalf of or instead of another person, except in cases provided for by Russian law
• Not to post advertising, erotic, pornographic, or offensive materials or any other information that is prohibited or contrary to the norms of Russian legislation
• Not use scripts (programs) for automated data collection and / or interaction with the Site and its Services

The Administration undertakes:

• Maintain the performance of the Site, except in cases where it is impossible for reasons beyond the control of the Administration.

Responsibilities of the Parties

• The user bears full responsibility for the information he distributes
• administration is not responsible for the accuracy of information copied from other sources
• administration is not responsible for mismatch between the expected and actually received services
• administration is not responsible for services provided by third parties
• in case of force majeure (war, emergency, natural disasters etc.) the Administration does not guarantee the safety of the information posted by the User as well as uninterrupted work of the information resource

Terms of the Agreement

This Agreement comes into force at any use of the site.
The Agreement ceases to be effective when a new version of the Agreement appears.
The Administration reserves the right to unilaterally modify this Agreement at its sole discretion.
The Administration does not notify users about the changes in the Agreement.
